Holiday apartment / second house in Sitges - Barcelona. Sitges is the popular beach resort, 25 min. away from Barcelona. The apartment is located in the quiet urbanisation Vallpineda in Sitges, an urbanisation with 24 hours security, just outside the centre of Sitges. The property is comfortable and has a lot of sunlight. Owners of the apartments have a community garden with a stone b-b-q, a community storage room for bicycles etc. and they have free access to the Vallpineda Swimming pool, only some minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment has central heating, wooden floors and wooden shutter doors and blinds to protect the windows. Also a balcony terrace with a marquees / sunprotection (full balcony size). The new boiler has been placed in the beginning of 2011.
Due to the special micro-climate, the weather in Sitges is very stabile and almost the whole year through you will have sunny days.
Distances to the beaches / Sitges downtown: 1,9 km - to El Prat Barcelona Airport / Barcelona Downtown 25 - 35 km.
The price has recently been reduced for the second time. Original price was Euro 275,000.
