Urbanisation Hoya de La Mora

In the next two years the remaining motorway links will be completed allowing quick and easy access to the Costa del Sol, Andalucia and the rest of Spain .
The Development

consists of several phase of individual and terraced houses of approximately 220 in total. The first phase of 28 terraced houses will be divided into four groups of seven properties. The urbanisation will afford wide and spacious tarmaced roads, pavements, parking areas, landscaped gardens, communal swimming pool and bar & restaurant. Individual detached houses will have their own private swimming pools. Construction of the first phase will commence in January 2007.



First phase plans

The first phase consists of 28 terraced houses that will be divided into four groups of seven properties. Each group of 7 properties consists of three types: A, B & C .

All Houses have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest cloakroom, spacious lounge with fireplace, large terrace and double garage. Preinstalled ducting for air conditioning and heating, TV and telephone points throughout, double glazing, security front door, thermal and acoustic cavity walls. Communal swimming pool and gardens.

Although types A & B are the same design, their prices will vary depending on their location within the group. If mid terraced they are priced at 225.000 €, and if end terraced, at 231.000 €.
A type C is larger and always an end terraced house at 244.000 €
Prices donot include 7 % IVA

A 70% mortgage from a Spanish bank can be obtained.
