About this property
Masia del Racó is an exceptional rustic property. It is located in the mountain chain of Los Puertos and 82 of its hectares belong to Beceite and 26 to Valderrobres. Its 119 hectares go across a valley at the bottom of a mountain crowned by the Hermitage of San Miquel de Espinalvá. Its arrowhead shape takes us from the start of a river that flows from the very top of the mountain, then flows from the bottom of the ravine (not always visible) until it finally ends in the matarraña. br There are two masias in ruins that still have some parts of the walls and some parts such as the oven. One on each side of the valley, both facing south. One of them is next to the fire pond maintained by the foresters and used to load the fire-fighting helicopters. br The professionals at the fire station keep the road in perfect conditions. br It is possible to collect water from the pond and there are several areas where its possible to collect it. The landscape is idyllic and the environment is unique. br The finca's boundaries are perfectly signposted with white painted concrete posts that also mark the line. To get there, take the entrance to Parrizal, the Formenta track in the direction of Fredes and at a place marked in both directions, the private forest road begins. br
