A large partially covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and at the covered part, a beautiful Muscatel vine that adds to the charm of the house and is so typical of Mediterranean villages.In the other part of the terrace you have a charming detached bedroom, which currently serves as an office. Downstairs from the terrace is a storage room and then a detached bedroom with its own bathroom, great for guests and friends. Outside the bedroom, you also have a private terrace without privacy. It only takes 30 minutes to the beach in Torre del Mar or Rincon de la Victoria.
