Basic project and Execution visas are delivered. The projects were drawn up by the architect Javier Roldán Molina, who has a studio in Olvera. There is also a Health and Safety study. It is probable that some part of the execution project will have to be modified to adapt it to the new regulations (Technical Code).
The project was granted a license and the fees were paid (license with file number LO-2009/056), although, in view of the fact that the promotion did not finally start, the waiver was requested and the amount refunded of the ICIO.
