About this property
EMBLEMMATIC MALLORCAN POSSESSION OF THE 16TH CENTURY. This historic property is considered a heritage site of the Balearic Islands and is located in the municipality of Algaida. It boasts 730,441 m2 of land completely fenced with drystone walls and 2,910 m2 of constructed area. It consists of a main house in the style of a Mallorcan manor house with high ceilings and exposed beams, from which the period style can be appreciated. In addition, we find noteworthy details such as the semicircular arch that leads from the entrance to the central courtyard; the sundial; the wellpreserved stone and ceramic floors; an incredible brewery, a wine cellar, and other architectural details that reflect its rich history. One of its most characteristic elements is the arched porch of the "cup" building (used to process the grapes to extract their juice). This estate was considered one of the most important and landmark properties by the nobles of its time and long supplied water to the surrounding region. For years, it was also noted for its agricultural production and exploitation, as it grew olive, carob, almond, and apricot trees. It currently has public electricity and is supplied with water through large rainwater collection cisterns. Access is via a paved road. Details available privately. Purchase costs (notary, property registry, and taxes) not included in the sale price. (211618)
