This hotel will be located in the heart of Covent Garden, within a historic Grade IIlisted building, close to the famous Royal Opera House, the Piccadilly Line metro station, and within walking distance of Soho, the River Thames, and Leicester Square.~~The iconic 19thcentury building will be carefully transformed into a 91room hotel, preserving much of the original architectural features integrated into the design. In collaboration with the New Yorkbased interior design firm Roman and Williams, the design draws inspiration from the original materials, color palette, and elaborate architecture of the building, paying homage to the decorative traditions of England's heritage and exploring the relationship between the artistic scenes of New York and London.~~It will feature various dining and beverage spaces, including a casual yet elegant restaurant open all day located in a lushly landscaped atrium with a high glass roof; a corner bar and neighborhood restaurant; a classic Library space reserved for hotel guests; a ballroom, and an intimate lounge.~~We have an extensive portfolio of hotels with signed sale mandates in Ibiza, Mallorca, and Marbella. The confidential nature of the transactions prevents the publication of the exact location, photos, price, and name of the hotel for sale. To proceed with providing this information, the signing of a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA) is required. To advance in the process and receive the complete dossier, the signing of a Letter of Intent to Purchase (LOI) is required.
