House on the second line of the sea, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the totally exterior train station. The use was changed to a restaurant in 2007 and the insulation and integral reform works were carried out to be able to function.
It is for restaurant use but you can change its use as a home and make it to your liking. The roofs are new made in the reform of 2007. It has independent air conditioning in the different rooms for greater energy efficiency.
The distribution of the three floors is divided into:
* Street level: entrance through the original door and dining room of 25 m2 (currently a bar), you go to the stairwell where there is a small room of about 2 m2 under the stairs, continuing we reach the kitchen (currently without fires nor dishwashing cart) where there is a refrigerator and a full-length freezer. The kitchen space is about 30 m2 without machinery or dividers, with natural light coming in from a skylight.
* Going up the original 1898 staircase that has kept the steps and the railing, we reach the first floor, with access to the back street. On the right we have the dining room of about 25 m2 open plan where you can make a large suite room or two double rooms. On the left we have the two bathrooms of the restaurant with its distributor where a complete bathroom can be made. Following the terrace there is another small room where a single room can be accommodated with a window that overlooks the rear terrace. This bathroom-bedroom space is about 15 m2. On this floor there is also access to a terrace that faces the outside of about 10 m2, it has a manual awning that shades the entire terrace, it has a drain.
* Going up to the top floor we find a 12 m2 study-bedroom, it has a drain in case you want to make a bathroom or a shower to make it a suite. It has access to a small terrace that overlooks the main street, currently the air conditioning motors are there.
