House from the 17th century, former inn, located in the main square of the village next to the town hall. It has two floors.
The house has two entrances from the street. The main entrance from the square and an entrance at the back which leads to what were the old stables.
The house has been used as a bar-restaurant for many years. At the moment it is empty.
It needs to be reformed to adapt it to current regulations. It can be used as a restaurant, rural house or private house. It has a surface area of 700m2. With two floors. On the first floor there is a room with balcony overlooking the main square of the village. The floors are made of slate and the structure of the first body of the house is defined by the original wooden arches and wooden beams from the time of its construction. The walls are mostly whitewashed stone. It also has a large fireplace that occupies the entirety of one of the walls and was the original kitchen of the house. As it overlooks the square, it is possible to place a large number of tables on the terrace.
Encinasola is only 10 km away and belongs to the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche (Huelva). The village is surrounded by holm oak and cork oak pastures.
