It is an old house with high ceilings and generous spaces. A wide staircase connects the three floors. On the first floor there is a hallway, distributor, living-dining room, library and kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a complete bathroom. On the second floor there are attic chambers, partly fitted out as bedrooms, and partly as a storage room.
The kitchen is very sunny and is decorated with handmade Granada tiles. It has a pantry and a fireplace. From the kitchen there is access to a large patio-garden of 80 m2, with woodshed, laundry, toilet, and clothesline. Part of the garden is paved and the other part is in earth with various plants (palm trees, vines, laurel, etc.). At one end of the garden there is an outdoor kitchen with fireplace and well. There are several stone benches and garden furniture.
On the second floor, there is a large master bedroom with dressing table and chaise longue and unique hydraulic flooring.
The wide walls of the house provide a very cool temperature in summer.
For the winter it has cast iron stoves for firewood. It comes fully equipped and furnished. In good condition and ready for use.
