Old farmhouse from the late nineteenth century, now located within the town of Bocairent. It has a built area of 1.000 m2, on a plot of 1.600 m2.

On the first floor is the old wine cellar, the wine press and the house of the old workers of the estate.
The second floor is the main part of the house, with 7 bedrooms, living room with fireplace and dining room.
On the top floor is the old barn.
The farm has several elements of the time that give it a special character, such as its own water well, a Moorish oven, the old skylight that is in the main living room and a large terrace overlooking the Sierra Mariola.
The village of Bocairent is considered one of the most beautiful villages in the Valencian Community. It has numerous tourist attractions, the bullring of the year 1843, which is carved into the stone.
