This is a lovely house on the coast of Valencia, in Spain.
This house is perfect to live in all year round, or to spend unforgettable holidays with east orientation.
It´s seconds away from the beach, with fascinating views of the warm Mediterranean sea, the jewel of the Valencian community.
It´s a modern house that has 240 square-metres distributed over two floors and a semi-basement garage, where you can park until four cars, so it´s a very spacious but cosy house.
There are four double rooms, two of them with spacious terraces.
It has three complete bathrooms, one of them in the semi-basement.
The connected kitchen and the living room area are very comfortable, prepared for fireplace.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, with its own school and grocery stores, called Mareny de Barraquetes, in the Albufera Natural Park, surrounded by rice fields where you can take endless walks. The countryside is amazing.
It´s five minuts away from bigger towns as Sueca or the touristy Cullera, and only thirty minutes away from the beautiful Valencia, the fashionable city, named European Green Capital in 2.024 and included in the New York Times list of favorite destinations for 2.024, with it´s main and astonishing festival, the Fallas, declared intangible heritage of humanity by Unesco from 2.016.
From Sueca, easy communication and access to the cities of Valencia or Alicante via the N-332 highway or the A-7 Mediterranean highway, also to Cullera and Valencia via the Saler CV-500 highway, along wich you can enjoy an idyllic landscape. Likewise, on the N-332 highway and on the A-7 Mediterranean highway, towards France (Castellón and Barcelona) and towards Cádiz (Alicante, Almería, Granada, Málaga and Cádiz). By plane from the Manises international airport (20 minutes), by boat from the commercial ports of Valencia (20 minutes) and Denia (50 minutes) and by commuter train from Sueca (5 minutes) (Valencia-Gandía line).
