Each villa will feature non slip stoneware flooring on porches, terraces, patios, and solariums , and will have a spacious private garden with covered parking for two vehicles, integrated into the design by a modern pergola. The garden will be landscaped with artificial grass and decorative gravel, in accordance with the architectural garden plan. The perimeter of the plot is finished with a combination of a solid garden wall and a metal fence, complemented by a cypress hedge. This hedge is equipped with an automatic drip irrigation system and a garden tap . (For the villas, there is the option of a private swimming pool (at an additional cost).
